Risk Factors
HRA stands for Health Risk Assessment. The purpose of HRA is to assess your individual risk of developing common chronic diseases. By identifying risks that may threaten your optimal health status, it is possible to develop personalised plans to prevent and mitigate those risks and thus prolong your health status. On your hubio health platform you will find 7 risk factors that you can work on to achieve and maintain optimal health. Each graph associated with your risk factors has a colour to better guide you on the level of each variable.
